Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP; Chinese: 新鴻基地產發展有限公司) is a listed corporation based in Hong Kong. The company is controlled by the Kwok family trust set up by Kwok Tak-Seng, who co-founded the company.

It is reputed (as per BBC News) to be the second most valuable real estate company in the world. It is controlled in large by the Kwok brothers.
